Dealing with Inflatable Marine Services was an absolute nightmare. They took months to "fix" air leaks and re-adhere the band that attaches the sponsons to the hull on my 4.2m Zodiac. After they did not finish the job in 2 weeks as promised they began ignoring my calls. They finished up my sponsons a day after I got the NJ State Police to call their business. The cost was almost $600. After I installed the sponsons it became evident that none of the leaks were repaired. After one week the starboard side of the sponsons came completely off while sitting on the trailer in my driveway. My boat is literally in worse shape because I brought it to them. They said that all their work is guaranteed. What a joke.
