Pancar Industrial Supply is not serious and have caused us a huge loss that we will have to recover in court. We placed an order with this company on September, 2013 and some products were delivered incorrect. We asked them with we could return the items and the owner authorized it. We have proceed according and we shipped the products back on November, 2013. After that, we have never received the money back, the total value of the products were $11,624.30. We have to contact our lawyer and Pancar repaid just $ 3,096 last year (2015). Due this problem we asked Pancar to deliver the products, since we have paid and they didn't refund the total amount. Chip Moody is the owner and he didn't receive our calls anymore. We were understanding and took different ways to have this case solved however Pancar preffered to keep our money and our products.
