The service I received by the owner on 12/21/16 was very rude, unprofessional, and very uncalled for. I felt very insulted and offended in the owners choice of words he was using to talk about me with another customer when my son accidentally dropped a ball that was for sale and nothing happened to it. If it had been damaged I would have owned up to it and would of paid for it, but there was no damage done. Additionally, my son and I apologized repeatedly. The only damage done here was the owners rudeness and offensive manners towards my son and I and especially communicating his anger with a customer who had nothing to do with this incident. I felt very out of place, attacked, and looked down on.
