I had them at my house over a week ago for the quote, no response back. My energy guy, Steve/Residential Energy Audit, referred me and got involved and mucked everything up. I have kept calling Paul (owner) with no phone calls back and no response and no quotes because they are unprofessional and unresponsive. They are refusing to call back because Steve got mad because I called him out on getting involved in a process where he doesn't belong. No one needs to do business with these unprofessional people.
