DO NOT EVEN consider this business for any services. I called this company over a week ago. It took me 2 whole days after several calls to them to acquire a response from an actual technician that disclosed it would cost at least $250 to fix my gate. He based this entire estimate on 2 photos (their representative asked for photos). I explained to him that it would be best to visit the property to properly assess the job. Keep in mind, my property and his business are both located in Homestead. My concern was hiring him to do the work and once he appeared at the property he later learns it's something completely different in person. Thus, he $250 minimal price may be grossly understated. He totally snapped on the call yelling, "I can find business elsewhere," and disconnected the call. This was all in a 20-second phone call -- a highly volatile person. I really hope I was speaking to the owner because if he wasn't, that guy should be fired immediately. With this guy, I don't see this business being around 5 years from now. In fact, if they are, I'm pretty confident they will not see any growth based on their customer service prior to even getting the job. Personal feedback: you should be mindful of who you are talking to (potential customers who are how your business thrives) because they may have leveraged your services for larger projects. I'm currently in the process of buying a $1MM apartment complex needing new fencing. Sharing experience with fellow investors.
