I have worked with this group for many years, and they are very helpful and dedicated. Whether it be for IRP, reg DMV services (which requires a lot of time and patience these days), and fuel and tax services. They are very knowledgeable and there to help as a team.

I WISH THERE WAS A ZERO STAR OPTION. THIS EXPERIENCE HAS COST ME TIME AND LOADS. THIS COMPANY IS INCOMPANTANT, SLOW AND . I WAS DRUG ALONG FOR TWO DAYS WITH PROMISES OF IRP PLATES. WHEN I CALLED THE WOMAN IN CHARGE WOULD NOT GET ON OR RETURN EMAILS. I FINALLY DECIDED SINCE I HAD TO GET THE TRUCK ON THE ROAD BY SIX TO GET ANOTHER COMPANY. THE OTHER COMPANY ADVISED AS LONG AS THE OTHER COMPANY
HADNT STARTED THE DMV PAPERWORK THEY COULD TAKE OVER AND DELIVER RESULTS TODAY. I CALLED THE OFFICE OF RELIABLE REGS AND OF COURSE THE BOSS WAS "AT LUNCH" AND CONFIRMED THAT NOTHING STILL HAD BEEN FILED. I REQUESTED NOTHING TO BE DONE AND WAS CONFIRMED THAT NOTHING WOULD. AT 4:59 I RECIEVE COPIES TO SIGN OF THEIR ACTIONS. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THESE LADIES HELD ACCOUNTABLE. NOW I WILL HAVE TO WAIT WEEKS.

EXPENSIVE, CUSTOMER SERVICE - I'LL SAY FOR A START AVERAGE, BUT ONCE YOU PAY, THAN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ZERO, YOU CALL, NO ONE ANSWER, YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE, NO ONE BOTHER TO REPLY.
BOTTOM LINE, IF YOU NEED THEIR ADVICE OR NEED TO TALK TO THEM, YOU WONT FIND THEM ANYWHERE.
SO ALL THESE BIG CLAIMS, GOES OUT OF THE WINDOW.
SO IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO USE THEM.......... GOOD LUCK.......DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK........... AS I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED.............
