This car wash scratched both of my left wheels on my brand new Lexus. I filled out an incident report with the nice man that controlled the car wash that day, and never heard anything back. I spoke with Catherine the first time and she said "I don't know why he would give you this number to call us" essentially making it seem as if she couldn't be bothered. I continued to call and call and no response. finally got a hold of Catherine who i spoke to months before. Tazine, a "partner", called me back and told me "too bad! take it to small claims court, you're going to lose anyways!", and then hung up on me. She was the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. I have been a customer of Flipper's car wash since it opened in the Citrus Park area, but I am no longer and will not stop until someone reaches back out to me and resolves this huge issue. Based on the reviews this company gets, in my opinion, it's a matter of time before they go out of business. You just don't treat your customers that way. And I should add... The times i went before this incident, only 2 vacuums were working and with little suction at that.
