Unprofessional!!! If you like being dicked around for an inspection and estimate, then this is the place for you. I called on December 31st to make an appointment for an inspection. I go in the following Tuesday. The car fails inspection. Mechanic states tie-rod ends, some bushings and the brakes need to be fixed. So, no inspection. They said they would get back to me with an estimate. The rest of the week passes by no phone call from them. Meanwhile, I have no car that's legal to drive. Who cares right? They obviously don't. I call the office the following Monday to see what's up. I was told the parts are $1100.00, remember this is for brakes and tie-rod ends and some bushings. These parts can be purchase at retail cost of less than $500.00 The woman stressed the $1100. is just for parts. I said OK. She then says she'll call me later that day with the labor estimate. It's Thursday, 4 days later - no phone call. This company wants the easy money. They don't care about YOU the customer. They miss the college kids they said. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with these people.

I have been to R&D Automotive 3 times in the past 3 years and will continue to go there for service. They have a friendly staff, knowledgeable mechanics and reasonable prices. TB, Castleton
