I have never been treated so rudely or with such utter disrespect by a customer service agent as I have been by these people. I was even told "How about I just cancel your service" unacceptable. I will not nor can I recommend this company. I had good service for over 6 years, but the way I was yelled at and spoken to today because I dared to disagree with this individual (a customer service MANAGER) I have severed my association with them and hope they learn something from my experience. Please think twice and look around for a better class of people. The company I called couldn't do enough for me and never raised their voices when I questioned something I was told by one person then something different by another. They carefully explained the difference in a decent respectful manner. If you are a current customer run as fast as you can for some other provider even if it is a penny a minute more. You will be treated with respect and not handled by a foreigner that doesn't care about this company or it's customers.
