Debbie Palmer
I hired Dan in June to install mulch in my yard. He was very quick to accept full payment up front but never finished the job. As I write this, it is the week of Christmas and the job is less than half done. I have had to call him twice a week for 6 months to even get this much finished. Now, he refuses to finish the job and suggested I call a lawyer. Hire him at your own risk.
