True Sushi is the best sushi in Albuquerque. I have never had anything I didn't absolutely LOVE. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. On my husband's and my anniversary, we ordered quite a lot of sushi to go. When the chef and host found out it was our special day, they threw in a seaweed salad and cucumber salad at no extra charge. While I waited I was offered a glass of ice water and a bowl of miso soup, (also at no charge.) The restaurant is super clean and the service is fast and efficient. I will never eat sushi anywhere else in this town. Recommended: Octopus Nigiri, Lady in Red, Heart Attack and Tiger Roll. Mmm mmm good.
