This office has made multiple jokes about my back being hurt and in front of several other patience. On several occasions, Crystal the manager, joked that my back was out due to "bedroom gymnastics" and winked 3 times. This is very disgusting and inappropriate behavior and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Rich made my wife feel very uncomfortable with some of his touching and we were later told he was investigated for a complaint of inappropriately touching minor girls. They have also messed up my schedule multiple times and in an attempt to show me my appointments, they mailed me a copy of their entire days schedule with patients names etc. This is a huge HIPAA violation. They've also committed multiple HIPAA violations by discussing my wife's treatment with me and telling me her appointments without my wife's consent. They're now trying to fraudulently send me to collections for a massage appointment that was scheduled on the wrong day due to their own negligence.
