I've NEVER dealt with such unprofessional GROUP of people iwithin a company. I delivered this company product all the way from Mabank Tx. I called the morning of to let them know I was in route and where I was coming from. I was told bye the GM that someone would be on the yard to unload me until 5pm. I arrived at 4:35pm and the place had two vehicles on the lot. I went to the doors & the place was closed .Two people came out (ignored) my advances with paperwork, got into they're cars & left. I called several numbers until finally getting the "Big Boss" on the phone & was told everyone left at 4:30pm. I explained to him what was said to me bye the GM...his response.. Someone will be there at 6:30am to unload me. I stayed there in my truck over night. When the employees started arriving I got out to give my paperwork to be unloaded . Although I was there when they arrived for work I didn't get unloaded until 10am. If you treat the person and or company that's bringing the supplies that help you make your profit...maybe you should use your own transportation to go get your supplies. You cost me two loads...one to get loaded the night of delivery & one to pick up in the day you "finally" unloaded me. This was food out of my children mouth.
