Today I visited this dental office. I am so impressed. My appointment was at 9:00 A.M. and I didn't have to wait at all. Everyone was polite,professional,and made me feel very comfortable. The assistants, Alice, Mary,and Sara were so gracious and kind. The dentist, Dr. Kario, extracted four of my bad teeth and literally I felt NO pain what so ever!! He is so good that he deserves my full admiration. Because of my fantastic experience, my wife is now looking forward to going here to the dentist! My daughter, who has spent the past 4 years keeping her husband alive and just returned from Loma Linda, California after her husband's kidney transplant, has been struggling with a bad mouth infection and a broken tooth. She and her husband have been barely subsisting off of disability. They pay over $1,000.00 a month in insurance premiums and co-pays, with the help of family. Their insurance covers 50% of dental work. When she went to your clinic last night for help because she is in excruciating pain, she was treated rudely by the woman who handles financing and was told to leave the building, once this woman determined that my daughter could not afford a root canal and crown. This particular employee humiliated my daughter! The mere fact that insurance would cover 50% of the bill was not enough for this woman to work out a payment plan for the other half of the bill! What a despicable business practice! I am guessing that this woman must make a commission of some sort off of financing and fees, to be this heartless. I PLAN TO NOTIFY THE LOCAL MEDIA as to the heartlessness of this dental clinic that advertises that it will work with everyone to get the dental care needed. My daughter's entire body will be affected by this infection in her mouth and she can't get a dentist to work with her on cost, especially in this economy and after all that she and her husband have already been through???
