We Look Forward To Serving You We're Stacks Pancake House Restaurant, and we've been a local pancake house and restaurant here in New Castle, IN, since 2004. We believe in being active with the community and knowing our customers on a first name basis, offering personal service, catering and delivery for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We started this business to provide our community with a premium breakfast service. We're looking forward to growing our business to continue to serve New Castle and the surrounding communities. We'd like to personally invite you to stop by today for scrumptious omelettes, savory biscuits and gravy or our specialty tenderloin
