My family took our yearly vacation at Ormond Beach Club. We had a contract with Albanese Hollander. We arrived and the condo was filthy. There was mold growing in the toilets, the place hasn't been properly cleaned in months. There was dust everywhere, the blinds, around furniture and other places. There were stains on the sheets. I'm not sure if they were stained or just dirty. There wasn't even toilet paper when we arrived and we had to go out in the pouring rain and buy some. I contacted the property manager immediately. Also, the air conditioning didn't work properly. It was hot and miserable. All of this was addressed at the time of our stay. She said she would take care of it. We paid over $1500 for a weeks stay. The cleaning fee was $80. All I asked for was a refund for the cleaning fee. I was given the run around for weeks. I have a list of phone calls and texts to prove it. The property manager during this time left me company. I then contacted the owner of Albanese Hollander. She asked me to email her proof and I did. Her response was that I needed to take it up with the property manager who is no longer with the company since I paid her for the condo. I paid Albanese Hollander! I have a PayPal receipt and a cashed cashiers check to prove it with the company stamp on the back. I responded to the email with no response in return. We will never use a property again that is under management by Albanese Hollander. I was lied to and given the complete run around. We have been staying at those condos for over 10 years. We will find a clean condo to stay in next year and every year after. What a disappointment.
