I am not a fan of this business. Mr. Mendoza agreed to do a concrete job for me. On the day of the concrete pour, we had rain. After that, Mr. Mendoza never came back. He was paid in full, but left unfinished, rain soaked concrete. He refused to pour the rest of the concrete and wouldn't even return phone calls. I would never use him. Use him at your own risk, only if you want to waste thousands of dollars and never get a completed job.
