To whom this may concern..I would like to fill application out for nurses assistant or home health care through st.Francis hospital in Peoria Illinois.. I'm currently working at Illinois central college for the last 8 years..I've taken the cna program at ICC..I have also pass my clinicals..I have my CPR updated pass with A. I have my 21 check list.. Physical..Tb skin..all been completed.. My dream is to work at st.Francis as a cna..nurses aid..L.PN this been a dream of mine since I was 18 years old..I'm very very dependable. I don't miss work unless I'm very I'll.. I don't have minor children.. I just want a chance
