am trying to put an RV garage up in my back yard. This gentleman was referred to me for the structural portion of my project. Ali visited my house we discussed a price and a lead-time which was 3 weeks. I wrote Ali a check on 4-7-20233 in the amount of $3000.00 that check cleared my bank on 4-12-2023. On 6-1-2023 I told Ali that I was done with his excuses and that I was just going to sue him. Ali begged for another week and guaranteed in writing the projects would be completed by end of day Friday June 9, 2023 which didn't happen. Ali has made every excuse under the sun as to why my project is not complete. Ali even made comments as to he wishes his only problem is life was where he was going to store his motorhome. I filed a complaint with The Arizona Technical Board of licensing and come to find out Ali was just disaplined by The Arizona Technical Board on 4-25-2023. The 1 thing Ali followed through with was cashing my check 5 days after I mailed it to him. This guy is dirty and just simply needs to be called out.
