To reiterate, this company has excellent customer service. Their follow through is unsurpassed when it comes to inquiries and purchasing. This is not always the case with the similar companies I have tried to contact while researching their product. The impression I get with Spartan is that they mean business and completely value their customer. They aren't too busy to speak with me about their product line. With others, this is not so. For these reasons, I will continue to do business with Spartan Blades. If you are looking for top of the line tactical knives, do not go any further than Spartan.
