The store is really clean and presentable but the staff did not seem friendly at all. I went to get a custom-made plaques for a baseball tournament. The people attending me were rude and did not seem to know their product. When I spoke to the Manager there, Tracy Barnett (gave me his card) he did not seem to care either. He made me feel like i didn't not know what i was talking about no recommendations were made. I will not return here. Nice place but not properly staffed i think.
