DO NOT, I REPEAT, do not rent from this guy. He is a crook and a slumlord. Tries to evicted you for nothing, takes you rent and claims you didn't pay it. Charges tenants for repairs that are HIS responsibility. Does not fix anything properly, has "friends" of his do it and they seem like drug addicts, doing apartment clean outside in the middle of the night. There is mold and bugs EVERYWHERE. He lives a luxurious life with all his nice things and his toys. Does NOT take care of his buildings but spends the money on his high life. Will be getting officials involved. Making an appointment with a building inspector. Don't give this guy any of your money!!
