We had Precision-Locating come out as they were recommended by a plumber that we had chosen for a water leak. We were told they recommended Precision-Locating to come out and find the leak. We called them and they came out very quickly to help us to try and locate the leak. We found the gentlemen who came out who is the owner named John, to be very focused on the problem and very professional. He really was very thorough, knowledgeable and precise. He did find a hot water slab leak. The plumber was then able to locate a place in the wall to find the necessary piping and re-route the water pipe and bypass the issue. This saved us a lot of time, mess and hassle as we did not want them to dig into our expensive flooring and our drill the slab. We are very, very happy with the service that we were provided and would very much recommend them to others. They provide a top notch and high quality service. A++
