I hired Mr. Rabal on April 30, 2012 Mr. Rabal did not return my phone calls or e-mails, once he had my money. When I finally got in touch with Mr. Rabal on a friend s phone (he wouldn t answer mine because of caller ID), and told Mr. Rabal that I was not satisfied with his services, and asked for my $400.00 to be returned- Mr. Rabal told me to take him to court. I then asked for a billing statement- which Mr. Rabal provided one month later- and with the incorrect last name on it. I won t open it. No point. I would not recommend Mr. Rabal-unless to an adversary. My experience with Mr. Rabal has been a nightmare.
