Michael is very unprofessional and his team do not know what they are doing. This guy seems to think he is the God of Appraisals while actually performing very poorly. He cannot justify all the errors in his report so instead he gets upset and begins insulting my property and the subdivision I live in. He is a very mean spirited person and thinks his opinion is the only one that matters. He appraised my house $30,000.00 under market value and I sold well above his appraisal. Save yourself the headache and avoid this appraiser.

This appraiser is a joke. He will not appraise your property but send someone much less experienced to appraise your property. I challenged his initial appraisal and Michael calls me directly and then proceeds to insult my intelligence for a full 30 minutes. He claims that 4 sides brick adds no value to the home, despite the fact that a quick Google search explains otherwise. He says that he can't use my comps but gave no reason as to why. He says he believes the comps he found were better, yet when I asked how they were more suitable he begins stuttering over his words and provides no explanation. Then the cherry on top is when he says that "Appraisals are worthless and they are just a piece of paper" and that I would "Never sell the property for higher than his appraisal". Yes Michael you are right the appraisals are completely worthless and so are you. Skip this appraiser he is very unprofessional.
