No, I will not recommend this company to anyone in the future. They are producing unsafe products to the public. I had a recent experience with their company where they failed to do adequate welding. The welds on a major 4" crossmember that holds the trailer together was only tack welded and incomplete, lacking a full weld bead around the cross member itself. This is significant since the trailer was literally separating and falling apart as it rolled down our natioanal highways. Not only was the trailer literally separating, twisting, and tearing, many of the major welds were breaking. When I finally notice the broken welds, the internal crossmembers, ramp hangers and dovetail were about to fall out on the roadway. When I finally stopped at their place of business and brought it to their attention, instead of making it right by accepting their mistake and responsibility in providing safe products. Instead of making it right they repaired it and tried to billing me for it. Their mistake and professionalism could have caused a severe accident along our national highways and possibly even a loss of human life. Can you only imagine the numerous possibilities as to what could have happened had those internal parts and dovetail literally broke loose from that trailer and went bouncing down the road. I really don't want to imagine the possible tragedy that could have occured. And what's more tragic than the trailer falling apart is their lack of professionalism.
