As owner of this company I felt that your project was not in our best interest to bid, just like I told you when we spoke on the phone. Even with invitations of … "FREE QUOTES Same day in most cases” … Texan Fence & Construction is NOT AS ADVERTIZED. Multiple attempts at commerce spanning over a month revealed this company as consisting of only small talk without any attempt at service delivery. Remarkably, Texan Fence & Construction was UNWILLING TO BID our fencing project yet offers NO EXPLANATION as to why. Customers deserve better than this. Do not waste time and energy considering Texan Fence & Construction services as we have done. Far better choices for local fencing suppliers are available.

Texan Fence and Construction did not keep any of multiple appointment commitments, except to pick up deposit check. Changed the design of our custom gate then tried to cover it up. When they finally did come to start the fence, did not have work order to know distance between post holes, or anything to set a string line. They set holes for the gate columns at 12' for the 14' gate. Contract specified 44" deep holes, they were drilled 15" - 24". Half were not in a straight line. We cancelled the rock columns because they couldn't tell me when rock man would actually start job. Finally cancelled entire contract for non-performance. Filed complaints with BBB and American Fence Assoc. Scott Roeder has not denied any of our complaints, yet refuses to refund our $5051 deposit check. Told BBB he had our material on his site - we have pictures proving this is incorrect. They left a bunch of junk material on our property and refuse to pick it up. Would not talk to us himself, had his office girl try to smooth things over. We would NEVER recommend this company. We had to hire another company to come fix all of the mess Texan Fence and Construction made. Appears our only recourse is legal action. The custom gate with white limestone columns was our dream. We just want our $5051 refund and move on from this nightmare created by Texan Fence.
