This place sucks. The dont keep employees there long enough to build a work force. They are always firing and bringing in new people and they treat there clients like dirt on the busiest side walks. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!
Observer to all
Used them for many years. I won't anymore. They don't treat there employes very well. They change staff often. They said due to paperwork wasn't correct to many people that they fired. The people they fired were awesome to the clients and providers. The downstairs bosses seem nice in your face then they change on you. I've seen a few times an employee that works in the back grab the chins of the clients and force them to look at them when she talks to them. One client was in a wheelchair other has a rod up his spine to his neck. Becky acts like she knows it all but I won't leave a dead pet rat in her care. The bosses stated never leave a few clients alone. Becky has left them many times. She seems to never get talked to. Found out she is also mother of the Main boss. The place is clean. It seems to be TO CONTROLLING for the staff. Clients when needing to speak to head person is hardly there in the afternoon. So if a real emergency came about there are NO head people there. Since they fired many people they are short on staff. Beware if placing a client there.
