not at all I bought a printer from these guys and the printer was not working, I spent almost $600 on this printer and when i call them to have it changed or foxed they hang up the phone, and did not answer my calls anymore, not even the delivery tome was good, it took them 3 days to delivery it to my shop in Santa Ana Ca. bad service I will never go back with them. It's up to you if you want to waste your money with them. and buy head aches.
