Very strange and rude customer service. I called for a tune-up and scheduled an appointment. On the same day of the appointment they called to cancel because they said they had other clients that didn't have heating. That's ok, I accepted and re-scheduled and then when they came out they decided to charge me MORE THAN DOUBLE the amount that it was supposed to cost!!
