They will not let you cancel once you sign up. They stopped picking up garbage the week of Christmas and New Year s without any explanation so we decided to cancel. 3 months later they will not acknowledge our cancellation even after many phone calls, emails, faxes and letters sent to them. (even a complaint to the BBB) CDS says they are too busy to come remove our trash cans and we aren t the only customer they have. It is unbelievable... we are thinking we ll have to go to court in order to cancel but don t really know what to do.

Great service...if you don't mind having your garbage collected only every two to three weeks. Their rates seemed too good to be true. You know what that means. They have quit answering the phone after yet another month of erratic pickup. Seriously, my trash sat on the curb for fifteen days back in January!!!! Come get your cans, CDS!
