House was hit by a car on Presidents day 2016 and as of Mar. 11, 2017, the job is still not finished. The stucco, drywall and counter top isn't finished. The job was put on hold due to the inability to get a supplemental from insurance because the adjuster wasn't doing his job. This was not the fault of the contractor. The insurance co. changed adjuster in August and I got the supplemental. I am waiting for Jeff Greene to finish the job. I gave Jeff Green money for the counter-top in August. On March 02, 2017 he did a demo of the counter top leaving me with no cook top, or sink or water to the dishwasher. I have to wash my dishes in the bath tub. I bought the new cook top, faucet, and garbage disposable. Jeff said he would buy the sink because he could get it wholesale. When Jeff told me he was doing the demo , he told me the counter top would be installed on Saturday, March 04 but he did not have the sink or call the counter top man to see if he could make it on Saturday. As of March 13, 2017 I still do not have a cook top, sink or counter top. I asked Jeff why the counter top was not installed. He said he could not find the right sink. He never should have done the demo if he did not have the sink. You cannot let a job sit for seven months. I can't even get Jeff on the phone. Letting a job sit for seven months could be considered abandonment. Many times Jeff has told me he was coming down and did not show without even calling to reschedule. He does not return voice message calls.
