I was employeed with the company for just a month this time. I get a text message from the adon telling me that i was fired. No explantion nothing. I am a CMT and i did my job and even helped the CNAs on the floor. I think I deserve an explanation of some sort on why I was fired. Instead i was ignored and blocked and no one is saying anything to me. if I did something wrong i deserve the right to know what it was I cant fix it if I dont know what it is. I love my job I love what i do. Im not there for a paycheck god knows I would have been gone along time ago.

I am a CMT and i did my job and even helped the CNAs on the floor. I think I deserve an explanation of some sort on why I was fired. Instead i was ignored and blocked and no one is saying anything to me. if I did something wrong i deserve the right to know what it was I cant fix it if I dont know what it is. This is the second time I have worked for this company and everything that comes out of their mouths is a lie. There is absolutely no reason for employees to be treated the way that they are. When an employee calls in on their weekend off, if it is for good reason they shouldn't be automatically put on the schedule for the following weekend. I'm sorry but if there is snow and ice I will NOT drive to work and risk my safety or the safety of others! The company is running off all the staff at the home I work at and there is no reason for it. All we ask for is a little respect. All our residents ask for is for us to have the staff and supplies needed to take care of them whether they are here for rehab or for the rest of their lives! I have been at this facility for 6 years now, but only since HSI took over have I seriously thought about quitting. And taking away shift differentials is another jab at an already wounded staff. I think this company is a joke and needs to be shut down!

When an employee calls in on their weekend off, if it is for good reason they shouldn't be automatically put on the schedule for the following weekend. This company is a joke! They don't care about the residents or staff. Our company was recently sold to HSI. They cut down our budgets took away from residents activities and even the beauty shop. Before our old company would even pay for and hair cut not these people. They say if family can't pay for a hair cut the staff can do it. Excuse me but I don't have a license to cut hair. Also if the beautician has to have a license to do hair, shouldn't the staff? That's like throwing the beautician to nursing and saying figure it out. They cut all entertainment budget, no Christmas party for our residents. No raises, their pay system is set up so they can screw people on overtime. I'm about to give up 9 years of work and find other employment. I don't understand how this is legal to treat our elderly so crappy. Feeding them on cents a day. A penny per resident a day for activites. For $4,211 a month to live there where's all that money go? Right into the owners pocket. I've never disliked my job as much as I do right now. This as I see it is abuse, especially to the senior citizens that have to live this life. People on welfare get treated better. But that is also our governments fault.

This company is a joke! They don't care about the residents or staff. Our company was recently sold to HSI. They cut down our budgets took away from residents activities and even the beauty shop. Before our old company would even pay for and hair cut not these people. They say if family can't pay for a hair cut the staff can do it. Excuse me but I don't have a license to cut hair.
