THEY ARE AWESOME!! Lori was great! UPS lost my shipment & she went above and beyond to solve the problem. I ordered a $30 carb part & treated me as I purchased a new engine. They even take care of the little guy as if a million dollar account! She was ready to send a replacement shipment next day. If UPS ran their company like S&S there would never be a lost package nor a customer service agent in India. S&S IS TRUE AMERICANA THAT YOU CAN NOT FIND ANYMORE!! My next build will have an S&S engine ordered from Lori!! Thank you again!!
