Am a concern customer of kfc in oakland, Marylard. I have heard that your RMG is going to be leaving. But u guys are losing a great worker and a wonderful person. Everytime i have visited your store she always was smiling, pleasant, has a great personally, really concerned about each and every customer. And she seem to know alot about what she doing. You guys will never find anyone else like her. I know if i was a owner of a business i would try to work with my employers. Then just watch them quit or leave my company. Because the people that works for you are the ones that make the company and brings in the customer every day. Am sure you guys will losing some customer business.The way i understand that a RMG runs the store, over all the employers you have working for you, makes sure everthing gets done right and is on call 24 hours a day. She has a lot of responsibled. I know if she worked for me as a RMG i would work with her and give her what she was asking for and am sure she would be reasonable.
