If I can give this company negative zeros I would not once but now twice my first time I took my vehicle in the ladies in the front very rude and disrespectful I called my insurance company they sent me here I walk in introduced myself kindly and instantly got yelled at, but I am not to bring my vehicle in to be by appointment, only instead of just told the first time they had my vehicle, they fixed my mirror, but hit the side of my truck and put scratches all the way down the side of it. Oh yeah, they tried to cover it up, but did not even do a good job of that. I had 360 photos in my truck well once I prove myself, they fix my truck how many way longer than needed now here and back again I walk in not to drop my truck off but just to get an estimate for the insurance company. I want to get in get attitude you can't just bring your truck in yelled at by simply take a deep breath and tell her to please be respectful I don't understand why she's upset at me I'm only doing what I thought I was supposed to be doing anyway, I take a deep breath and just walk away. Will they called my insurance company and said they do not want to work with me because I am Lou deep breath and tell her to please be respectful I don't understand why she's upset at me I'm only doing what I thought I was supposed to be doing anyway, I take a deep breath and just walk away well they called my insurance company and said they do not want to work with me go figure they told them I was yelling at everyone in the shop they had to lie just to make them look good I had people with me the first time and the second time and those people are like wow how are you to know how they run things could she have been nicer to you guess not if she would have just talked about what I noticed do instead of yelling at me about what I've done wrong, which I would not have known it was wrong, but if she would've communicated, I think it would've been a better out come but they wrecked my truck tried to cover it up and then her rude and disrespectful I understand her frustrations but I also understand I'm a customer that's just walking him not knowing what you expect and what you don't expect. And the fact that you tried to ruin someone's vehicle and cover it up bad service and very disappointing
