Great staff in Sylva, buy home office heartless money hungry mngmnt/ownership ,refused to supply needed replacement parts after 10 years of loyalty because deductible was not paid in full but pmts where being made. even after explaining circumstance was refused service and told to go elsewhere, point is that they would be paid in full by insurance w this order as deductible was paid already but unconcerned simply refused supplies. complaint to be filed w insurance also.

Horrible service, machines not serviced sufficiently, calls not returned by techs and follow ups from management extremely rude. One of the worst companies I have ever seen.
