Inept customer service and not impressed with the company as a whole. I've engaged their services multiple times, but I've reached my limit. I've noticed consistent breaches of OSHA safety standards. Their team arrives in a compact pickup truck, armed with just a single ladder. This ladder is only utilized to access the roof. From there, the workers traverse the edges without any safety equipment, relying on the gutters on steep inclines to maintain their balance.
