Inept customer service and not impressed with the company as a whole. I've engaged their services multiple times, but I've reached my limit. I've noticed consistent breaches of OSHA safety standards. Their team arrives in a compact pickup truck, armed with just a single ladder. This ladder is only utilized to access the roof.
