Tony took longer than expected to make and install two new handrails. He also did some extra work at no charge to make up for it. Tony's work is excellent and I would recommend him. If you're willing to wait he'll come through for you. He listened and did our job just as we requested. In the end it was worth the wait. His largest problems where with busy powder coaters and finding reliable day helpers for installation. Overall a very nice gentleman to deal with.
