American Podiatry Centers Dr. Mussett has been in practice since 1997 and specializes in foot and ankle issues. Dr. Mussett was born and raised in Erie, Pennsylvania. A graduate of Mercyhurst Prep, he went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in General Science from Penn State University, with a concentration in biology. He then attended The Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, one of only eight accredited podiatric medical schools in the nation. A two year surgical residency followed at Edgewater Hospital in Chicago, Illinois.
