Self defense instruction for men and women and children 6 years and older.
We teach students the finer points of a traditional martial arts system but with a modern approach to real street oriented self defense. We teach the tools necessary for self defense in todays modern lifestyle. We offer instruction in rolling, breakfalls, striking, submissions, throws and takedowns. We also offer weapons training and defense.
