They came out and pruned our tree. Later the SAME day we contacted them telling them we wanted a bit more taken off. After many calls/texts we received a response of "I will get back to you" or something like that. It's now been over ONE MONTH and nothing. They had no problem cashing our check that same day though. A family member referred us to them and we would NEVER refer them to anyone else. We basically feel we've been robbed.
