We provide home care services to individual client who is physically and mentally ill in his/her home.
We provide nursing services to clients in their homes. Our nurses will go and assess clients in their homes base on their medical needs. Should clients qualify for help in their homes, our nurses will collaborate with clients' physicians and create a plan of care for them. Based on their medical needs, we will send a personal care worker to go and help them meet their activities of daily livings. Our Personal Care Workers will assist clients with Bathing, Grooming, Dressing, Hygiene, Toilet...
