READ BEFORE YOU USE THIS COMPANY. BEWARE! I found Integrity Estate Sales on this website! My father passed and needed to sell the entire house and a full 2-1/2 garage packed with tools. I met with Jackie Sankowski (the owner) who assured me she would handle everything including contacting a donation company to remove everything that didn't sell. And she assured me that her husband knew all about tools and could price them appropriately. We had a signed contract for a 2 day sale. I was informed from my girlfriend who found out from looking on this site that the sale was only listed as a one day sale! Jackie decided on her own to breach the contract and have only a one day sale and never told me. She did not want me to come prior to the sale and I wish I had. As she priced everything so very high and all the tools where priced sky high (for instance a saw that should have been priced $50 was priced $250)! Therefore we were left with a lot of tools and furniture that should have sold. She would not be there for the donation company as stated in the contract – so my brother had to take off of work. MOST OF ALL SHE DID NOT PAY US A DIME! Every time I call she said she was in the car and didn’t have the file or her husband Wally had it. I phoned Wally after several months of leaving messages and e-mails with no response and he responded he was in the car and would get back with me and never did. Same story. NO Payment. Reseach they have done this to others.
