We have had our Biobidet for just over one year. Before the warrantee expired the unit stopped working. We returned it and after a three week wait it was returned to us. However, the company only fixed one of the three problems. When contacted they admitted that there were two issues that they neglected to fix. So we had to send it back. One month later the unit was returned to us. That was today. My husband plugged it in and the unit does not turn on. So far we have spent $44 on shipping plus the costs of installation, removal, re installation, removal, re-reinstall. Now it must be removed again!
