We offer Termite inspections and treatments. Wood Destroying Insect Inspection Reports are always $65 for all Realtors. If treatment is required we will complete the job and prepare all necessary documents in a timely manner to assist in meeting the closing date. One-year warranties are issued to all Post-treatments and are renewable for $125.00 in most cases. Larger homes may have slightly higher renewal rates as per contract agreement.
