The Diamond Reserve is a great business where the people truly care about what you want. I walked in to The Diamond Reserve to get an engagement ring with no information and zero knowledge about diamonds, prices, jewelry or anything. Purchasing an engagement rings means that you are investing for life, because the first impression is a last impression. It's probably an ideal situation that drives most people crazy. I was lucky enough to meet with Mark Hadley, who did a marvelous job of taking me through what I was looking for. He spent a lot of time with me to teach me about diamond rings, their characteristics and styles. He showed me so many diamonds, with different clarities, colors, shapes, and sizes, until I found one that was perfect for me. In my head I was thinking about the cost. I was thinking that the cost of the rings will be very high and out of my range but when the fearful time came and I was ready to see how much this ring was going to cost me, I was shocked that it came in under my budget. He never tried to pressurize me to spend more money, and I walked out from The Diamond Reserve extremely happy with what I got. am now officially engaged! On my birthday, my boyfriend took me on an amazing helicopter ride across the city of Denver. The really amazing part of the ride though was that he proposed to me with a gorgeous engagement ring! The ring is so amazing but unfortunately he didn’t know my size before proposing so we had to return to the place where he bought it. The Diamond Reserve graciously sized my ring quickly and beautifully. My fiancé raved about the hospitality and the amazing service that everyone at The Diamond Reserve offered including Mark. They created a custom ring that was exactly what I had been dreaming of. Combining several of the ideas I had told my boyfriend I liked, Mark and his crew created a one of a kind ring that none of my friends have or can even come close to. While we were waiting, we decided to look at wedding bands as well. We were unable to find a wedding band that fit perfectly with my ring since it was custom made, so Mark offered to custom make my wedding band as well. This is truly an amazing place because my fiancé spent a lot of time looking around at other jewelry stores and ultimately was referred to Mark by a friend. Here he discovered that Mark offers great prices and deals on diamonds and rings. The diamond is extremely beautiful and great quality. I don’t think my fiancé could have afforded something so beautiful if he had gone somewhere else. We are so grateful for The Diamond Reserve and all they were able to do for us. Now

He answered all my questions and had no problem comparing diamonds and settings in order to stay within my budget. I was completely amazed at what I was able to afford at The Diamond Reserve, Mark and the staff there were amazing throughout the whole process. And even more importantly, my girlfriend said yes to me and was thrilled with the ring. I have told several buddies about this place and all of us have had the same great experience. I really appreciated everything they did for me and I can't emphasize enough how excited my fiancee was about her ring.
