Empirical Piano Services provides tuning, repair, regulation, voicing, and cleaning of pianos in the greater Columbus area. Empirical Piano Services will separate itself from its competitors by providing a systematic approach to how we treat our customers. We know that every person is different, but there is a standard of conduct we will follow to ensure that when a customer trusts in our company to provide an honest service, we will honor that trust and never break a promise. A person entrusting a technician to their piano is akin to trusting a mechanic to their car. We want to be certain that every customer can feel safe bringing their musical investment to us, and know that we are not trying to sell them a service that isn???t true.
