I called Kaelin's Custom Cycles from Atlanta, GA abut two months before I needed service on a 2001 Softail bike I was picking up just a couple of days prior to the Independence Day holiday in Louisville, KY. Frank Kaelin was cordial, but I don't think he took me seriously until I called him about a week out and he confirmed my service appointment. I am a lifelong HOG member and own three HD motorcycles, so I called Louisville Harley first and they were not able to fit me in, and Bluegrass Harley was just rude and uninterested in my business. Kaelin's took me the day before my appointment and knowing I was under a time crunch, started work that evening. Frank found issues that I had not planned for and repaired those, as well as the service I ordered, He was friendly, professional and a genuine pleasure to do business with. As a bonus, his prices were VERY reasonable and the work was fantastic. I rode the bike all the way back to Atlanta (roughly 500 miles) with no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend this business for all your Harley-Davidson service needs!
