Warning!!! This company does not pay their employee's and if they do decide to pay you it will be with a "HOT CHECK" after the owner screams and throws a temper tantrum and has an emotional crying breakdown that he owes IRS and he can't afford to pay me, but still begging people to continue to work and still refusing to pay employment wages. I have explained to the owner I do not work for free. I received a payroll check on January 6, 2017 and as of today the check is still no good. It has now been 13 days and I still can't collect my unpaid wages or have a civil conversation with the owner. I am now turning the hot check and the recorded screaming messages over to the Travis County District Attorney, which in Texas is a Felony. In my opinion a Security company should not operate a business that can't make payroll and then when I ask to be paid he turns the conversation into an argument claiming I didn't show up to work, which is complete nonsense and a deflection move from the unpaid wages and his hot check. I have almost a $2000 "HOT CHECK" plus additional week of pay that is owed to me. Having to contact an attorney and the DA and the Texas workforce commission to get what this man owes me is deplorable and unprofessional. I am not the only person he has done this to. You can't dispute a HOT PAYROLL CHECK you can only pay the check off to avoid legal ramifications.
